We would like to inform you that our organisation is following the guidelines set out by the Italian government; in Edict Law Cura Italia (Edict Law n° 18/2020, article 88, followed by Edict Law n° 34/2020, article 183, subsection 11),regarding tickets for performances cancelled because of the present pandemic. It states, “The organisers of the cancelled events must supply ticket-holders with a voucher of the same value as the ticket. The voucher can be used within 18 months of its emission. The voucher substitutes any other form of refund and it does not require acceptance by the receiver.”

If you bought your ticket through TicketOne you will need to get directly in touch with them to apply for your voucher, by contacting TicketOne at:

You will need to include the name and surname of the person who bought the ticket as well as the order number.

You must send your request before 30th September 2020.
